Facebook Advertising (which also includes Instagram & external advertising sites) has been one of the go-to marketing options for the real estate industry over the last few years as it has incredible targeting capabilities with very low costs of entry.

But recently, Facebook has been under a lot of pressure due to their privacy issues and advertising options such as targeting by income, race, religion, sexual orientation, familial status and more which were clear Fair Housing violations.

In this session, RETI’s Craig Grant will be taking you on a tour of Facebook Advertising, show you how it works, set up your own campaign and leverage the targeting capabilities in the post-Fair Housing regulation world!
